Short version: your answers build an anonymised benchmark of how independent agencies spend their week. Your email is used to send your own report and that benchmark. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with suppliers, host agencies, or advertisers. Ever.

No cookies are set. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no tracking across other websites.
Two purposes, both stated up front. First, to generate the breakdown you see on screen and, if you left an email, to send you a copy. Second, to build an aggregated dataset on where independent travel agency owners' hours actually go — published as a benchmark report in which no individual or agency is identifiable.
In a private database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, accessible only to the owner of this practice. It is not stored on this website and not passed to any third-party marketing platform.
Your data will not be sold, rented, or traded.
It will not be shared with suppliers, tour operators, host agencies, or any other agency owner.
Your individual answers will never be published or quoted in a way that identifies you or your agency, in any report, presentation, or article, without your written permission.
You will not be added to any list you did not ask to join. Leaving an email means you get your report and the benchmark — not a recurring newsletter.
Answers are kept as long as the benchmark research is running, and in anonymised form after it closes. Contact details are kept until you ask for them to be removed.
Write to office.premiumtravel@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or full deletion. Deletion is done within seven days and confirmed by reply. You do not need to give a reason. If you took the audit without leaving an email, there is nothing linking the answers to you in the first place.
If this notice changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes will be sent to anyone who left an email.
